Do you ship International?

We only currently ship to the US. We are working on other regions, stay tuned!

What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our Whipped Tallow Baume is formulated for all skin types — especially sensitive, dry, or reactive skin. It supports your natural barrier without clogging pores.

Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances?

Never. Se Beau is rooted in minimal, purposeful wellness — we use only clean, essential ingredients that nourish skin and nothing that disrupts it.

How should I incorporate your products into my skincare routine?

Use our balm as your last step to lock in moisture. It pairs well with toners, serums, and oils — or simply apply alone on clean, damp skin.

Do your products help with breakouts, uneven tone, or dryness?

Yes. Our balm soothes inflammation, Supports barrier repair, and helps rebalance skin — many customers report clearer, softer, more even skin over time.

Where are your products made?

Se Beau is based in California. Our balm is responsibly manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in China, meeting the highest global safety and quality standards.

Do you offer samples or trial sizes?

Currently, we do not offer samples — but we’re working on it. In the meantime, our balm is multipurpose and concentrated, so a little goes a long way.

What is your return/refund policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 10 days of delivery. Just email us at support@sebeauwellness.com to start your return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping).

Items must be in original condition and packaging. We don’t accept returns on opened or used products unless they’re defective — in that case, we’ll replace the item at no cost.
