Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges (Unopened Products)

If you change your mind and no longer wish to use the product(s) you ordered, unopened and intact Se Beau Wellness items purchased directly from https://sebeauwellness.com may be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition/packaging

  • Products must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included

If the above conditions are not met, the refund or exchange may be denied.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment as soon as the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds cannot be issued to expired or canceled credit cards.

Refunds apply to the product cost only and exclude shipping fees, duties, or import taxes.


Returns for Promotional Items or Sets

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion will be refunded only at the paid purchase price.

  • All products must be returned unopened and unused within 10 days of receipt.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • For bundles or sets, the complete set must be returned. Individual items from a set cannot be refunded.


How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our Customer Care team at support@sebeauwellness.com to request a return authorization and receive the correct return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Opened Product Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product is found to be defective.


Defective or Faulty Products

If you believe your product is defective (e.g., unusual color, texture, or scent), please email:

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order or invoice number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

We may request photos or additional information for verification.

If confirmed defective:

  • We will send you a prepaid return label

  • A replacement of the same product and value will be shipped at no cost

If the product is not found to be defective:

  • The item will be returned to the customer

  • Shipping fees may apply


Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong product, please email us immediately at support@sebeauwellness.com.

We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label

  • Ship the correct replacement within 2 business days of receiving the incorrect item

Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sebeauwellness.com, including your order number and photos of the damage.

Damaged items may be replaced, but replacement orders cannot be returned for refund.


Important Notes

  • Claims for damaged, incorrect, or defective products must be reported promptly after delivery.

  • Se Beau Wellness may refuse excessive or abusive return claims at its sole discretion.

  • Return addresses will be provided by customer support based on your order and fulfillment source (Amazon MCF warehouse).
